Teaching Experience:

As a Liberal Arts Honors Distinguished Scholar, Grace has developed a strong passion for communication and helping others navigate the education system through peer mentoring and tutoring. Additionally, Grace is a published writer. Her writing covers topics from constitutional law, to higher education and literary analysis. Throughout her academic and professional experiences, Grace has cultivated skills in mentorship, research, and individualized support. Her experiences conducting scientific and legal research have further strengthened her ability to explain difficult concepts in clear and accessible ways.


Educational/Counseling Philosophy:

"I believe that every student learns differently and deserves individualized guidance that builds both confidence and independence. Her background in linguistics and writing has taught her the importance of understanding how people communicate, process information, and tell stories. She strives to create supportive learning environments where students feel encouraged to ask questions and develop their critical thinking skills. Her experiences conducting research and analyzing complex information have also strengthened her ability to explain difficult concepts in clear and accessible ways."


Interesting Fact:

Grace enjoys cooking and writing poetry, and has traveled to ten countries!
