College Regular Decision Notification Dates for Class of 2022
You’ve worked tirelessly to improve your resume. You’ve secured your glowing letters of recommendation. You’ve drafted and polished your essays. And of course you’ve hit the submit button again and again and again(!).
Now you have to wait patiently before knowing the answer to the ultimate question: Where will you be going to college this fall?
Tick, tock. Tick, tock.
Waiting is never fun, but knowing when colleges expect to notify Regular Decision students of their admission status can definitely make the wait more bearable.
What does that mean for you? Well, don’t expect to know much of anything about acceptances and rejections until the middle of March, and really, most colleges aim to notify students on April 1 (or close to that date).
Also, most of the Ivy League colleges choose a single date to release their Regular Decision notifications; this year that date is March 28. (There may be slight variations.)
