University of Texas at Dallas (B.S. in Physics, Minor in Computer Science)
Teaching Experience:
Starting in his sophomore year, Justin was a teaching assistant for honors physics and physics lab courses at UT Dallas. He was also a First Year Leader, mentoring college freshmen and teaching them pertinent skills for excelling in a college environment. Outside of school, Justin spent a year as Assistant Director at a tutoring center, where he developed learning plans and tutored math subjects ranging from Algebra I to college-level calculus and physics.
Educational Philosophy:
"Each student’s educational foundation is uniquely shaped by their individual learning journey and the teaching methods they've encountered. I believe that taking the time to understand this foundation is key to finding the explanations and approaches that help them grasp concepts intuitively. My goal is to equip students with the skills to analyze and adapt their own learning process, empowering them to tackle any problem or challenge with confidence in the future."
Interesting Fact:
Justin's personal best for solving a Rubik's cube is 19 seconds. He enjoys solving a variety of puzzles, including 2x2 to 5x5 cubes and the pyraminx.
