Elementary School Reading Programs

Fall/Spring Semester

Fall 16-wks or Spring 20-wks

Critical Reading (Intermediate)

Master how to read and analyze advanced reading passages to build strong reading comprehension skills fundamental to excelling in all school subjects and college entrance exams. 

  • Meets once a week, for 2 hours.

Competition Debate (Intermediate)

Master analyzing data, basic debate techniques, which promote the development of logical assertions, organization skills, and confidence. 

  • Meets twice a week, for 2 hours.

Summer/Winter/Spring Break

June - August, December, or March

Speech/Debate

Master public speaking skills and basic debate techniques, which promote the development of logical assertions, organization skills, and confidence.

Hot Topic

Investigate real issues you see around you every day, talk about current events read short articles, and do different activities expand your critical thinking skills.​

Book Club

Master how to analyze classic books and read between the lines to extract themes and analyze literature.

BEARS CAMP

4-5th Grade
Gives students a well-rounded basis in reading and writing, which is critical for academic success in middle and high school.

JUNIOR CAMP

6-8th Grade
An all-inclusive camp that covers all core academic subjects and skills necessary for building a strong foundation for high school and beyond.
